Creative Processes @ Transit Books; a fundraiser

The concept that sparked all of Culture Forms

As life changes, how do you stay in conversation with creativity? How do you remain curious, flexible, and generous toward yourself across the various seasons of living? (Grief? New parenthood? No job; new job; winter; love?)

Whether you’re thriving in a long-term practice, stuck, or don’t know where to begin, this 2-hour session is about the art of paying attention.

Via PowerPoint, reflective/creative exercises, and discussion, you’ll gain a flexible framework that will help you wherever you're going and connect you with peers in the community. (Snacks, drinks, handout, and mingling included.)

  • August 16th / 3-5pm (Doors at 2:45; we’ll begin at 3:09)

  • @ Transit HQ: 1250 Addison St #103, Berkeley, CA 94702 (on Strawberry Creek Park)

  • No prerequisites; but please bring something to write with/on.

To secure a spot, pay here and you’ll receive a calendar invite as confirmation. 50% of attendance fees will be donated to Transit Books.

$150 (Sliding scale: $75 - $225+)

It made creating feel manageable and possible again — less daunting. It helped make more porous some of the barriers I keep between myself and my practice.
